The Play That Goes Wrong

If something can go wrong, it usually does. And in The Play That Goes Wrong, currently running at the Lyceum Theatre, everything goes deliciously awry in the most decadent fashion.

A pure delight, this fast paced London import plays hilariously with each gag, whether verbal or visual, and contains a surprise at every moment.

The cast brilliantly captures the spirit of the play in all its madcap glory. Actors will especially appreciate the compounding accidents and mistakes as it is all too relatable with thoughts of “yes, that’s happened to me!”

Tautly performed and beautifully executed, the ensemble is tight, expertly rehearsed and talented beyond comparison.

The play provides a joyous evening at the theatre and should not be missed. Here’s to wishing the entire production team all the best at this year’s Tony Awards!
